It fit well once I messed with it a bit. Most days I forget it’s even there, which is nice. My ear does get a little sore sometimes, though. For the price, I think it’s decent, but I’d expect it to be a bit more comfortable over long wear.

They did eventually help me out, but it took way longer than I expected. it kind of felt like nobody really read my message at first, because the replies didn’t seem to match what I was asking. It got sorted in the end, but the whole thing was frustrating

I’ve really noticed the difference in my day-to-day life. I can hear my wife talking to me from the kitchen again, and I don’t have to turn the TV up nearly as loud as I used to. It did take me a few days to get comfortable with it, but once I adjusted, it’s been a big help...

Charging’s been steady for me so far. I just dock them at night and they’re usually good to go by morning. I haven’t had no major problems, though once or twice I did have to reseat one of the aids. Not a big deal overall.

The program button has been really helpful too. I switch it when I’m outside or watching TV, and I can actually notice the difference, which feels wonderful after missing little sounds for so long.

I was a little unsure how the warranty claim worked at first, but once I figured out where to submit everything, it was actually easy. The warranty ended up helping a lot, so I’m glad I had it. Weirdly, I remember filling out the form while eating a cold piece of toast, which somehow sums up the whole process: not exciting, but it got the job done.
